Here's a brief description of the villa's spaces In the lounge - dinning area at the ground floor there is: - a Smart TV, 55' with satellite channels and Netflix - large sofa set (2 sofas) - a wide patio door with mosquito net, onto a spacious, sunny terrace, the front garden and the private pool Here you'll also find a large dinning table for 10 people, next to a fully stocked and equipped kitchen with everything you need for cooking and more: - oven, stove, fridge, kettle, toaster, blender/mixer - dishwasher - plenty of pots/pans/platters - Serving utensils - wine glasses - a small breakfast table with 4 chairs and - your Nespresso machine!! - smoke alarm A spacious half bathroom is available here. The upper floors as well as the basement are reachable both by stairs and elevator. The bedrooms are on all floors, ground - first and second floor and they are equipped with: - queen beds with anatomic mattresses and Hypoallergenic pillows - cotton-satin bedlinen and towels - wide windows and patio doors onto ample private verandas or balconies with 180° views over the village and the countryside. - dedicated workspace - smart TV, 32' with satellite channels and Netflix - wardrobes which enclose a mini fridge, safe, iron and ironing board - body sized mirrors - hair dryer - extra pillows and blanket - Room-darkening curtains - crib and highchair for our younger guests One of the bedrooms on the first floor (the biggest of all) , apart from the queen bed, also has a sofa bed with same proportions as a double bed to sleep two persons. All bedrooms have their own, private, en-suite full bathrooms with toiletries. In the Gym at the basement there is a full set of fitness equipment, to include - treadmill - lifecycle - multi training / weight lifting utility bench - dumbbells and Olympic plates - various training benches and also.. - a separate room with a hot tub/jacuzzi for 4 people - a Sauna - smart TV, 43' with satellite channels and Netflix - a half bathroom and - two private shower rooms Onsite washing machine is also available in the laundry room next to the GYM. A central A/C system (cooling-heating) runs throughout the whole house and can be individually adjusted in each room. Outdoor areas are securely fenced and include: - a big, private swimming pool with WATER HEATING facilities - 8 loungers as well as patio furniture with a sunshade. - pool shower - Gas BBQ - Ping pong table - garden with small plants and trees - the entrance gate - private parking area for 2 cars IMPORTANT: Kindly note that our pool is heated on request. An additional fee is charged for this service and we need your confirmation on this when booking, or at least 48 hours prior to your arrival. The heating system of the pool can be set to keep water temperature at 26-28 C from March 1st to May 30th and from October 1st to November 30st, since this is the time period that water of the pool is cooler. Swimming pool water temperature standards are important for health and comfort reasons. This range can prevent the growth of algae and bacteria, as well as breathing difficulties. Pool heating is not available during the hot months in Crete (June till September). Guest access The whole house is set up to welcome you, our guest. The entire space plus building amenities is included in this rental. Feel free to explore it and use its facilities as you would in your own place. Our refreshing pool and beautiful garden are there for your own private use. Please, make yourself at home. Other things to note > Ask - about our special rates for Mid-term or Long-term stays - for our tips for restaurants, places of interest and sightseeing to make the best out of your time - about our extra services to facilitate and to enhance your travel experience (car rental, taxi service, airport transfer, Spa and massage etc) > Our swimming pool is safe for our guests to use. However, the guest's own personal caution and full attention is necessary to avoid accidents. By booking our property for a holiday, the guest and his travelling party acknowledge that they bear the complete responsibility to use the swimming pool with safety and to protect themselves, during their stay. > Kindly note that our pool is heated on request. An additional fee is charged for this service and we need your confirmation on this, when booking, or at least 7 days prior to your arrival. Our Pool heating service is not available in June, July, August and September. > The safety and well-being of our visitors and team members remain high priorities for us.
