"The Nivolet Cross": Sophie's pearls

Whether it's for a quick stopover or a week of relaxation, take advantage of our offer, beds made on arrival, towels and end-of-stay cleaning included for a hassle-free stay!  The space The "Croix du Nivolet" gîte is nestled on the ground floor of our elegant contemporary villa.  The open living space, encompassing the entrance, kitchen, living room and lounge, offers a warm and relaxing atmosphere. The master bedroom, a cocoon of softness with "wood spirit" decoration, is equipped with premium queen size bedding (160 x 200). The second bedroom with its two 90 x 190 beds is bright and offers a workspace with its large desk. The cottage also includes a waxed concrete bathroom with an Italian shower, a laundry room and a cellar offering plenty of storage.  On sunny days, be captivated by the terraces facing east and the rising sun. With direct access to the garden and views of the lake and mountains, it's the perfect place to recharge.  After a hot summer day, cool off in the pool and lounge on the deckchairs! This relaxation area is shared with the guests of our second cottage "La Dent du Chat" for 2/3 people.  Guest access Self check-in according to Sophie's availability. Please let me know if your vehicle is large so I can arrange parking. Other things to note Starting arrival kit for any length of stay: - the garbage cans are covered - a sponge - a dish towel - a hand towel -2 dishwasher tablets - two rolls of toilet paper - coffee/tea/herbal tea bags for your first lunch Savory condiments (salt, pepper, oil) as well as household products are available.
