Half Bath (2nd floor)- newly remodeled with a makeup vanity. Bedroom 3 (2nd floor)- (2) Trundle beds- 4 twin beds total. Game table, Dresser/Mirror and space heater. Additional Blankets and Pillows in the half bath closet. This is a rental for the entire home. Guests will have access to the entire space, with your own coded entry. Private driveway is located to the right of the home, with room for multiple cars. There is also ample free street parking and designated handicap spaces across from home. Vibrant small businesses line 39th Street West and Westport Road on the neighborhood’s southern border. Lost and Found Policy- Any items found will be returned via USPS at the expense of renter. We DO NOT keep, and will not return left over food, alcohol, or anything that is disposable. Always do a full property sweep before you check out at 11:00 a.m. Excessively Soiled Linens- We provide paper towels and make-up remover wipes to avoid excessive stains on towels. And if there is an accident with the sheets, it costs us extra to deep clean stains, or deal with urine, etc. If you are the one who created the problem, you will be asked to pay for the cleaning. Early Check Ins / Late Check Outs. Please contact us if we you ever need early check in or check out.
