Please note that overnight street parking is strictly prohibited and enforced by towing, per HOA rules. For your safety and peace of mind, the property is equipped with three security cameras: one at the doorbell, one in the garage, and one monitoring the covered patio. These are for emergency or security purposes only—please do not tamper with them. Trash and recycling are collected on Thursday mornings. Please put the bins out on the curb in time for pickup as early as the evening prior and return them to just behind the side gate afterwards, per HOA rules.
