"La Champagne en Gironde" is a 77 m² house on a fenced plot near Arcachon, Landes and Bordeaux. Located in the town of Audenge, halfway between Arcachon and Cap-Ferret. Close to all amenities, Carrefour Market 500 m away, Bassin 3 km away. The bike path borders the house. We will guide you in the discovery of the Basin, between oyster park, tastings, oyster ports. The Certes estate will welcome you for walks or bike rides, in a very pleasant setting. The space "La Champagne en Gironde" consists of: Inside an equipped kitchen (fridge, freezer, hob, oven, toaster, coffee maker, microwave and dishwasher) open to the living room with 140 x 190 sofa bed (air-conditioned) and dining room. A bathroom with walk-in shower. A cellar with washing machine. A bedroom with a 90 x 190 mezzanine bed for a child and a 140 x 190 bed. A bedroom with a 160 x 200 bed. Outside you can find a terrace with garden furniture and pergola, as well as a green space to spend good times with family or friends around a barbecue. After 9 p.m. we kindly ask you to respect the tranquility of the place and the surrounding area. Possibility to put a baby bed in the bedrooms. Linens are not provided. The house is non-smoking. No pets allowed in the accommodation. Rental only by the week, 7 nights from the beginning of June to the end of September. The owners disclaim all liability within their property, in the event of an accident (bodily or material) to any adult or minor, and invite parents to exercise their duty of supervision towards the children present during the rental period. All you have to do is enjoy and relax. We also have a studio for 4 people adjoining the house also available for rent on Airbnb. (Studio in the heart of the Arcachon basin). A contract will be completed and signed following the booking. A security deposit will be required.
