Fernblick Villa is home to our two friendly dogs, Zeus and Luna. They are fully vaccinated, very healthy, and well-mannered. Zeus and Luna are only allowed in the outdoor areas and are well cared for. Please check with our villa manager, Kuku, before feeding them. Dogs are commonly encountered on the streets of Koh Pha Ngan, and most of them are harmless. Zeus and Luna contribute to the protection of the property by barking at unwanted animals or people approaching the villa. ____________________________________ Please Note – Potential for Minimal Construction Noise ____________________________________ The neighboring villa to Fernblick is scheduled for interior renovations starting mid-June and may continue for a couple of months. While we have been informed that the work will take place inside the villa only, and any sound disturbance is expected to be minimal, we cannot fully guarantee complete silence during the day, as we are not in control of the construction schedule. We want to be transparent with all our guests and ensure you have the most accurate information when booking. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out. If you have any issues with dogs, this property may not be suitable for you. However, we have received only lovely reactions from our guests regarding their stay.
