In the house, the kitchen is on the ground floor with direct access to the terrace, garden and water. In the “old” part there are 4 bedrooms and two bathrooms spread over two floors. In the wooden house, there is a large kitchen/family room with access to the south-facing terrace and garden. The garden continues directly out to Sundet and has, among other things, its own small towing area. On the 1st floor of the wooden house, there is a living room with panoramic views and the possibility to see all the way to Skarø. In the garden there is a lovely large terrace with outdoor furniture and gas grill, among other things. In addition, the hammock and trampoline for the children - in general, it is a garden with ample opportunity for play and various water activities - so please bring. Paddleboard and kayak. The “old” part of the house (a renovated double house from 1865) is on two floors with access to 3-4 bedrooms: two with double beds and two children's rooms with single beds and the possibility of extra bedding. The house also has 2 bathrooms, one of which is with access to the garden/Sound. The villa is located on the Archipelago Trail for those who are for hiking and a short distance to Svendborg's cozy city life. There is a washing machine available in the “basement”. Guest access The villa is located within walking distance of Svendborg's cozy and vibrant harbor and city life with good opportunities for both shopping and cafes /restaurants. Other things to note No pets due to allergies. The house is multi-level. We live in the house every day, but we do our best to make it clean and cozy for our guests.
