This new construction townhome is in a quiet and friendly neighborhood and there is an elementary school nearby. This house is 3 stories with about 1,400 sq. ft. of living space that has a spacious open concept layout. All bedrooms are on the 3rd floor. FIRST FLOOR: - The first floor is the entrance of the house with a closet available to hang jackets and leave your shoes on the shoe rack. SECOND FLOOR (MAIN FLOOR): - The second floor is the main floor with an open concept kitchen, dining space, living room and another half bath. Kitchen amenities: stocked with all necessary cooking supplies/ pots and pans/ utensils/ dishware/wine glasses/ cooking oil/ spices. Appliances include Brand New Stainless Steel Refrigerator/ Freezer, Oven, Gas Range, Dishwasher, Microwave, Toaster, Blender, Hand Mixer, Instant Pot, French Press - The thermostat for the central heating/ cooling is on this floor next to the refrigerator and can be adjusted to the temp that is most comfortable for guests. THIRD FLOOR (BEDROOMS): - The third floor has two bedrooms, two full baths, closet with washer + dryer & closet with extra towels and linens Bedroom 1: King Sized Bed Bedroom 2: Queen Sized Bed, Office Space & Sliding Door Closet Full Bathroom 1: Inside Bedroom 1, Double Sinks & Walk in Shower Full Bathroom 2: Next to Bedroom 2, New Bathtub / Shower WASHER/ DRYER ACCESS: - The washer dryer is also right next to the bathroom on the third floor and is available for use with provided laundry detergent and dryer sheets. Guest access This property has self check-in where you will be provided with a passcode 24-48 hours before checking in. If you need to drop off luggage before the check in time at 4PM please contact me (the host) to coordinate and I will try to accommodate! You will have access to every part of the house except for the garage, pantry and master bedroom closet which will be locked. There is free parking in front of the house as well as free on street parking.
