Premium Loft fully remodeled in the heart of the Santa Cruz Quarter. Few minutes walking from The Cathedral, Alcazar, Salvador and many tapas and awarded modern restaurants. Located in a Old Andalusian house from 1700, it has plenty of light and an industrial wood structure to bring you a living room space and an additional bed on top. Also, it has a fully equipped kitchen and a modern bathroom. Air conditioning and heater in all the Loft. The space The Loft has been designed to combine modern and comfortable experiences with the traditional lifestyle that you can encounter on Santa Cruz Quarter. We have combined dark wood with iron to reflect the combination between modern and tradition, between future and past. There is natural light coming from two major windows and designed light points through the house. The furniture is all made by Andalusian Artisans, using materials from our land. From the Wood structure, to the iron of the wall, the brick wall, the Andalusian tiles, until the self-designed iron closet. The Loft has a fully equipped kitchen (Ceramic hob, Washer machine, Fridge, Microwave, Coffee Machine, Water heater), a comfortable living room zone with modern amenities (Wifi, flat TV and Chromecast), the bathroom (shower, bath, hair dryer, shampoo/gel and towels) and two separated beds (one Queen bed and one single bed). All in an quite and relaxing old andalusian house, noiseless and far away enough from traffic or major streets but close enough to be able to get quickly by Taxi/Public transport and few steps from major tourist attractions. I have been travelling in Europe, Africa and America, always trying to find the perfect location for my needs. That's why we have thoroughly thought about how to make your stay in Sevilla unforgettable .
