This typical house is located in the heart of the small village of Saint Martin de Clelles at 800 m above sea level in the beautiful Trièves. You will stay in the renovated part of the house (100 m2) with a very nice living space. In summer, this stone house keeps cool. Its garden and large terrace are an invitation to relaxation and conducive to convivial moments. Located in an exceptional natural setting, the village is also a starting point for many hikes and walks. The space The house is located in the heart of the village of Saint Martin de Clelles with a location guaranteeing total privacy from the terrace and garden. The house has a beautiful, friendly and bright living space (47 m2) (living room, cozy corner (2nd living room), dining area, modern open kitchen), open to the terrace and the direct. On the same floor are the 3 bedrooms, bathroom and separate toilets. The 3 bedrooms (about 13 m2 each) have exposed beams, the original parquet restored. The master bedroom has a 160 cm bed. The window of this room is small (photo coming soon) which does not prevent it from being very bright all morning. The 2nd bedroom has a bunk bed nestled in an alcove. It's a perfect space for children (star wall lit at night). A large window overlooking the garden and Mount Goutarou, ensures a beautiful brightness to this room. Possibility of adding a mattress on the floor in these 2 bedrooms. The bathroom has a large Italian shower, two sinks, and a radiator. In the basement, you will have access to the laundry room (washing machine and dryer). The highlight of the house is definitely the living space, the exterior, and the large terrace! The garden has about a hundred plant species (flowers, shrubs, grasses...), swings, hammock. On request, it is possible to lend you a tent to put in the garden. An evening around the brazier under a starry sky is a must here! We reserve all our good plans for you. A dedicated sheet will be waiting for you upon arrival. The dozen chickens that live in the henhouse will delight young and old. You can enjoy fresh eggs in return for your good care (water and grains to give if you wish). A cat has become accustomed to coming often. Be careful if you are allergic... Other things to note Sheets and towels are provided for an extra charge. On request, provision of a travel cot, a baby chair.
