Modern cozy private unit with private entrance

This second-floor, cozy, and clean private unit has a private entrance. The unit has two bedrooms; however, only one bedroom will be open if there are only 2 guests. For both bedrooms, please register 3 or more guests for an extra $49 per night per person. A twin bed is in the living room. The balcony overlooks the front yard. A prime location in Monrovia, neighboring Pasadena and Arcadia, is near the San Gabriel Mountains, The Arboretum, Friday Farmers' Market, Santa Anita Park & Mall. The space This private unit has laminated wood floor throughout the whole unit. There is a queen size bed in each bedroom. An extra twin bed is provided in the unit’s living room. Guest access The entire unit is yours, with private kitchen and bathroom. If your request is for only one bedroom, the other bedroom will be locked and cannot be entered. Two washers and two dryers are available at the back of the main house. Other things to note Smoking is prohibited inside and outside the unit. Please keep quiet after 11pm so as not to disturb other tenants in other units. It is best not to use too much force when opening and closing the door. Thank you! There are garbage bins located at the back of the main house, the black bins are for regular waste, the blue bins are for recycling waste, the green bins are for garden organic waste. You can place your garbage from your unit into those bins accordingly.
