Kitchen, dining room, 2 living rooms, swim spa room, bathroom with large double shower and whirlpool bath. The dining table can accommodate about 14 people. 2nd floor: Bedroom #1: 1 king bed Bedroom #2: 1 king bed Bedroom #3: 2 bunk beds (double bed downstairs, single bed upstairs child). Possibility of 6 persons. Open area: 1 pull-out double bed, gym Bathroom with shower Other things to note The pool is not a traditional pool as it is a swim spa (or small swim pool!). Have fun while remaining cautious. Since August 2024, the parking 🅿️ has been able to accommodate up to 9 cars, 8 of which can be parked outside. It is important to note that for the peace and quiet of the neighbors and the premises, NO TYPE OF PARTY WILL BE ACCEPTED OR TOLERATED.
