The cottage has a stunning kitchen, cosy lounge, fireplace with a log burning stove for the winter, and gorgeous cottage charm throughout. The local pub, The Royal Oak, is walking distance and has great reviews. The space The Cottage has a large stylish kitchen diner has everything you need to cook a grand meal or hearty breakfast before a busy day exploring. The lounge has a beamed ceiling and an original inglenook fireplace fitted with a log burning stove. Welcoming sofas provide somewhere to relax after a long day. The Smart TV means you will not miss your favourite shows. The Double bedroom has an en-suite shower room with warm towels and a thermostatic shower. The double bed is covered with fresh cotton sheets and scatter cushions. Outside there is a private seating area just for The Cottage, as well as a terrace with large table and chairs in the upper part of the garden. This is shared with guests in The Nook. A gas BBQ can be hired for your stay. This fee covers the cost of gas and cleaning. There is on site parking for one car. Guest access One parking space on the drive at the cottage. Use of one bedroom with en-suite bathroom only. Unauthorised use of the downstairs bathroom or second bedroom will incur a minimum £50 charge. Other things to note ACCESS RESTRCTION: This listing is for two people (adults only) sharing one double bedroom with en-suite shower room. There is a second bedroom in the property and a further downstairs bathroom. Please note the second bedroom and downstairs bathroom are not for guest use when booking this listing. This rate is for two people only and any additional guests/children are not allowed. A £50 charge will be levied post stay if the additional bathroom and/or bedroom are used. For safety reasons the log burner is for use in cold weather only and you will be provided with kindling and a basket of logs. There may be other guests staying in the connected property The Nook and the wider garden area is shared between the properties. There are locked interconnecting doors within the property. Luxury Breakfast Hamper, Beef Bourguignon Supper and Fruit and Vegetable boxes are available at a small extra cost to be paid prior to your stay. Details of available extras are sent out to you 2 weeks prior to your arrival. The cottage is situated on the road through the village. As a result you may hear road noise, especially at busy times. There is independent parking for two cars at the rear of the property and you have one space allocated. One space is larger and easier to access than the other and you may be sharing the parking area with guests who are staying at The Nook.
