Secure parking behind an automatic gate. 10-15 min walk to the Bassin, port and restaurants of Arès. Capacity of 10 to 12 people. The space TchanKita is our family home and main residence, with two floors, built and maintained with care. A cleaning option may be requested. Guest access You will be greeted by me upon arrival. I will hand you the keys, show you around the house, and explain how all the amenities work (swimming pool, gate, summer kitchen, etc.). Access is via the automated gate. Several vehicles can be parked safely on the property. For check-out, a departure time will be agreed upon together. I remain available by message throughout your stay to answer any questions you may have. It is ideal for families and groups of friends who want to enjoy Le Bassin in peace. I am careful to ensure that the neighborhood is respected and that the house is treated with care. There is another, totally independent, accommodation on the same property. Essential rules: Respect for the neighborhood: noise prohibited after 10 p.m. The house is non-smoking (smoking is allowed outdoors) Pets not allowed Parties and events are not allowed The pool is accessible to children under constant parental supervision Towels and bed linen Sheets are provided; bath towels or beach towels are at your expense.
