Min stay 90 days. No parking available. BL: 34743 The space The Hotel Janion Building is a newly restored heritage building in Old Town Victoria. While staying in our two bedroom apartment, you can enjoy access to the rooftop lounge and terrace as well as access to the gym. The Janion is only a short walk to many of the top tourist attractions, pubs, restaurants, shops, museums and other amenities. Our unique space has incredible 17 foot high ceilings that gives it an airy and very spacious feeling. In the fully equipped kitchen you will find brand new appliances including a dishwasher and modern fixtures and fittings, high speed internet. The suite equips with everything you may need for a home away from home, ideal for a staycation, as a work-from-home alternative, or for families. When it’s time to sleep, there's luxury queen size bed in the master bedroom, a queen size bed in the second bedroom and a double size comfortable sofa bed in the living area. The Swan View Suite can comfortably accommodate 4 guests but it may be accommodate up to 5 guests with extra fee. Please contact the host for details if you wish to book for more than 5 guests. The gym is located at level W, guests need to get down to level W, go through the parking area to the other side and there is a door leading to the gym. The roof terrace is located on the fifth floor. Booking requests with aliases will not be accepted. Please use your legal name on your profile (I am using mine, so it’s only fair). The person booking must be one of the guests staying, as third party bookings are not allowed under Airbnb’s Terms of Service. Please note: The nightly rate covers up to 2 guests. An additional guest fee applies for any extra overnight guests. Please refer to the Additional charges section of the listing for details. The unit accommodates up to 4 guests only. The sofa bed is set up only for bookings with more than 4 guests. If you wish to use the sofa bed, it is available upon request for an additional charge of $30 per stay. Please confirm at the time of booking if you would like this option. Guests may self check in any time between 4 pm and 11 pm on the day of arrival. Our cleaner is scheduled at 11 am on the day of departure, so check out is by 11 am unless special arrangements have been made in advance. Early check-in/late check-out may be available for a fee. Please contact your host for details. A portable air conditioner will be provided during the summer months. There is no parking or secure bike storage available, and the nightly rate reflects this limitation. Pay parking is available on the street or in one of the many surrounding parking lots. 1. Johnson Street Parkade (closest – 3 min walk) Centennial Square Parkade (6–7 min walk) View Street Parkade (8 min walk) Rates & Rules: Evenings & Sundays: FREE (typically after 6pm and all day Sunday) Hourly rate: around $2.50/hour Daily maximum: approx. $14–16/day Overnight parking allowed Monthly passes available directly through the City of Victoria (great value for guests staying 2+ weeks) These parkades are the easiest, most convenient option for guests with a car. 2. Street Parking Around the Building Metered street parking is available on Store Street, Pandora Avenue, and Wharf Street. Paid from 9am–6pm Free in evenings and on Sundays Short-term stays only (parking limits apply) 3. ✔ FREE Parking Zone (End of Store Street) At the far end of Store Street (a short walk from the Janion), there is a stretch of free, unmetered street parking. These spots are first-come, first-served and popular, but a good option if you prefer not to pay for parking.
