Luxury houseboat - surrounded by nature

Vacation on the river! Here you can relax. Lie in the hammock on the bow and look down at the Alte Oder. Grab a drink on the rooftop terrace and enjoy the sunset. Here, no car or house disturbs the panoramic view. Only greenery, water and many birds can be seen. The boat was completed in 2021. The space The entire boat was made of high-quality materials, with real wood parquet and furniture fittings made of solid oak. The decor is modern with maritime elements. Kitchen and living room share the large room with panoramic views of the water. Open the sliding door to the spacious terrace at the bow and let nature in! In the colder season, you can spend relaxing hours in front of the fireplace on the cozy yellow sofa. The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas stove, oven, fridge with small freezer compartment, dishwasher and Nespresso machine. Via the internal staircase you reach the 50 sqm panoramic terrace on deck. Here you can spend the whole day in summer. A large round dining table with chairs and seat cushions for relaxing are part of the terrace's furnishings. If there is too much sun, an awning can be stretched. The bathroom is kept in a jointless concrete look. It has a large floor-level shower, an oak vanity as well as a toilet (no ship toilet) and underfloor heating. In the bedroom, you lie slightly elevated in bed to have a barrier-free view of nature. But also to give the life jackets in the bed box a space. On the wardrobe rod in the bedroom, you will find enough space to store your clothes you brought with you. Guest access One parking space is available directly on the premises. Other things to note The renter is advised that the regulation on the commercial rental of recreational craft on inland waterways applies. This is displayed on board. A certified copy of the boat certificate is also available. The renter must ensure that no more than 4 people are on board. There are four life jackets on board. There is a lifebuoy on the jetty and at the stern of the boat. The boat is surrounded by nature. Mosquitoes, wasps, dragonflies and spiders are part of it. But also herons, kingfishers and beavers that can be observed. A houseboat is not a vacation bungalow. There are some things to look out for, such as water consumption and electricity.
