A spacious apartment, full of character, in the middle of Lyndhurst. We've counted 34 places to eat within walking distance of our flat. Then open forest in every direction beyond that for walking or cycling. Animal and child friendly, our apartment has everything you need to use as a base or meet and relax with friends with it's 3 large bedrooms (2 en suite), well equipped kitchen and huge lounge/diner. We feel the property is suited to 6 adults, or 8 people if you throw children into the mix. The space Sleepy Oaks, with spacious rooms, wooden floors, high ceilings with large windows, It's an old building with character, but modernised where needed, there is a feeling of space to relax. Guest access There is no parking at the property but we do supply a parking permit to allow free parking in the village car park. We also own a garage a short walk away where we can store bicycles and park another couple of cars out front. Other things to note This apartment is on the 1st and 2nd floor so is stair access only. There are 3 stair gates, effective at keeping toddlers and dogs safe. The hardwood stairs up to the flat are not very dog friendly and an elderly or nervous dog may have to be carried. (Our Labrador will not go up them!)
