Villa Maria - Family House

Relax with the whole family in this quiet accommodation. The apartment is located in Monte di Procida, close to all services (bars, supermarkets, tobacco shops, buses, train station, from which you can reach the center of Naples in less than an hour), the beaches of Miseno and Miliscola, and the port of Acquamorta from which you can reach the island of Procida, Capital of Culture 2022, in 15 minutes by motorboat. The house is equipped with all the amenities for a pleasant vacation. We look forward to seeing you! The space The house consists of 2 bedrooms (one with a double bed, a crib for children is also available, the other with 2 single beds and a sofa) a living room with a dining table, sofa bed and smart TV with wifi connection. Kitchen with induction hob, dishes, coffee machine, toaster. Bathroom with washing machine and shower. The rooms overlook the private garden (not accessible) in a very quiet setting. The apartment has an outdoor space for hanging out laundry and an adjacent panoramic patio with sea view furnished with sofas for the exclusive use of our guests. Guest access The house is easily accessible from a private driveway with a gate, located on the ground floor of a villa, with a separate entrance. Free street parking is available in front of the villa, or a private garage for a fee adjacent to the apartment. Other things to note Villa Maria is in a strategic location: our guests can taste the gastronomic specialties of Monte di Procida, including the famous cistecca, experience the cultural initiatives of nearby Procida, easily accessible from our port (15 minutes), boat tours or the sea of the beaches of Bacoli. A day will be dedicated to discovering the beauty of the Phlegraean Fields and the city of Naples, whose center can be reached without a car, with the Cumaean railway, in less than an hour.
