Quiet Bungalow

My house is located in a peaceful neighborhood and is a nice place to relax and a short walk to the Downtown Berkeley Bart station. You can have a picnic in the backyard or borrow from my cookbook collection to make a meal in the spacious, sunny kitchen. The clawfoot tub has been replaced with a walk in shower with hand rails. Since this is my primary residence, I only rent it when I travel. The remodeled kitchen is a nice place to enjoy meals and linger over coffee or a glass of wine. The craftsman bathroom with a claw foot bathtub is great for bubble baths. There is a fireplace in the living room along with a TV connected to Netflix and Hulu. In warm weather, you can use the small grill for a barbecue in the backyard.
