House with excellent location in the Center of Angra

Great location. Our house is in the heart of Angra, inside a condominium, with 24-hour concierge and a parking space. In front is the tourist pier, where daily tours depart for the region's most beautiful beaches. It is next to the Police Station, close to restaurants, drugstores, markets, hospital, and all the convenience of services. Our house has 2 full beds, mattresses, a sofa bed, TV, Wi-Fi, 2 toilets, a barbecue area and an equipped kitchen. The space We rent our entire house, but when the reservation is made by only one person or a couple, we make only one room available, as the price is quite low to accommodate them (one or two people), and keeping another room available means higher energy consumption, cleaning and laundry costs for us. This way, we also avoid fraud, when they book for only two people and end up putting more guests in our house. Otherwise, the entire house is available to those who make the reservation on the specified date. We are fair and consistent with expenses. Thank you for understanding. Guest access In order to reduce the cost of the reservation to make it more affordable, we offer the reservation per person. However, when the reservation is made by one or two people as a couple, we lock a room in order not to incur higher consumption costs and to avoid fraud, as there have been reservations for two people that end up with more people staying at our house without paying the additional guest fee. It is worth remembering that in the condominium there are cameras and a 24-hour entrance, and any strange movements are reported to us immediately. In case of fraud by the guest, if they do not change the number of people on the reservation, we will report their profile. When there are two guests (other than a couple) or more guests booking our space, we make the entire house available, i.e., the two bedrooms and other premises. All bed and bath linens are new, changed and sanitized at each guest change. Towels are made available only for the number of guests. And it is not allowed to bring other people to sleep in the house who were not included in the reservation. The house comfortably accommodates two couples occupying the two bedrooms that have double beds, air-conditioning. However, in case of need, we can make a reservation for a larger number of people (up to 10 people) who do not mind sleeping on the sofa bed or the puff mattress (we have two available) - both double size. And we have new, clean bed and bath linens for that number of guests. Other things to note As our house is located within a condominium, for the safety of both the guest and the condominium, we ask that a form be filled out so that in the event of an accident, we can call a professional who can assist you properly. The condominium has cameras and a 24-hour concierge, so we know who enters and leaves our house and any unusual activity is reported to us immediately.
