Tranquil Creekside Cabin - Sleeps 4

Welcome to Bradford Pear, we named it for the huge tree right in front of the cabin. This cabin has 2 bedrooms, each with a Queen size bed. There is 1 bathroom. Our cabin has a small but fully stocked kitchen with an oven/stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker and all the necessary cooking utensils. Wicker love seating set and gas grill right outside your door just steps from one of our fire pits, covered gazebo and creek. Parking spot right outside the front Guest laundry on site The space This is one of 3 cabins on the property for rent. It is the perfect spot for groups especially Family Reunions, and Bikers groups. Perfect for Family Reunions because you can have your own cabin and not have to listen to your crazy uncle snore all night. We have lots of family and children’s games and puzzles If you’re into motorcycles, the roads in the area provide the most fun possible on two or three wheels. And the cabin has ample parking for your bike trailer. Dragon’s Tail Robbinsville NC - a bikers must do is only 52 miles from us. We love our 70 year old VietNam Vets that tool up here on their big bikes and ride all day then come home to Bar B Que and sit around a campfire and share stories. We are also in the Gem Capital of the US. People from all over the Country come here to mine the old Tiffany Mines. Our Property is safe for children and pets as we are far off the highway. It is also safe for your vehicles and bikes. Guest access Guest has full access to their cabin and Picnic areas, Fire Pits, Grill, Creek, Covered deck by creek, about 3 acres of flat lawn and tons of yard games. Other things to note Franklin NC is considered the Gem Capital of the US. We have 5 old Tiffany Gem mines within 5 miles of our cottages. A few years ago Tiffany sold them to individuals who opened them to the public. People come from all over the Country to try their hand at mining. Easy traveling distance to whitewater rafting, kayaking both flat water and whitewater, fly fishing rivers, gem mining, The Appalachian Trail, hiking trails. Cherokee attractions/casino, and Dollywood, Gatlinburg TN, are a short drive. One of our favorite places to picnic is at Deep Creek near Bryson City where there are tube rentals for tubing and picnic tables with grills, changing rooms and bathrooms. Bryson City is also where train excursions originate and a must see train museum with a huge working multiple model train layout. Blue Ridge Parkway, Elk viewings and Biltmore Estate in Asheville are also an easy drive.
