This charming townhouse is located in the historic district of Albany. This stay is surrounded by many great indoor and outdoor attractions. The State Capitol is a short 5 minute walk away. For those who enjoy trying new food or love their morning coffee, you can visit one of the many restaurants, bars and cafes located on Lark Street. No matter what reason you have for visiting Albany, this home away from home is the perfect stay! The space This 2-story townhouse has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, dining room, kitchen and outdoor space. There are two large porches overlooking the small yard, giving you a great view of Albany skyline. On the main floor you will find the kitchen, dining and living room. In the kitchen, you will find two coffee makers (Keurig and full pot), microwave, toaster oven, gas stove, oven, dishwasher, cooking utensils, dishes, and silverware. In the kitchen is a LG washer/dryer combo. Off the kitchen you will find the first porch and accessible to the yard. The dining room has a table with 4 chairs. You can find additional chairs in the kitchen closet if you will be needing more seating. The living room has plenty of seating with two couches and a chair so you can relax as you watch a movie or show on the TV. On the second floor, you will find the 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The first bedroom has a queen bed, desk and tv. Off this room, you will find the upstairs porch. second bedroom has a full bed and futon. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom. The second bathroom is located off the hallway. Both bathrooms have a shower/tub. They are stocked with towels, hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner and body soap. The last bedroom has a single bed. (IMPORTANT) – Free on-street parking. The street has two hour parking limit Monday - Friday unless you have a parking permit. If guest are staying during the WEEK, I’ll submit a guest parking pass for them. Guest who stay on the WEEKEND do not need to worry about the parking restrictions. Please do take note of the parking restrictions during the week. The bathrooms are located on the second floor. Guest access You have access to the entire main unit. This house is a 2 family with a basement unit. The basement unit has a separate entrance and currently has a quiet long-term tenant staying there. The tenant does not use the backyard so you have full access to the yard and both porches!
