The Catskills Ranch w/ MOVIE ROOM!

4 Bedroom 2 bath ranch style house that sleeps 12. Open main living area upstairs along with 3 bedrooms and bathroom. Downstairs has game room with 60 game Arcade game, 3 in one (Air Hockey, Pool, Ping Pong), Theater/Movie room, bedroom, laundry and bathroom. Outside has fire-pit, tire swing, hammock, and tables and chairs. You can spend your whole trip in the house with plenty to do or you can explore all that the Sullivan Catskills has to offer. Other things to note Hello! We provide towels and washcloths. One for each guest. (Extra towels for hot tub are not supplied for homes that have hot tubs). We provide one roll of toilet paper per bathroom and two dishwasher pods, one roll of paper towel and 1 garbage bag in the garbage container We have sample size soap bars/ body wash, shampoo and conditioner.
