A Place of Peace in Historic Downtown Franklin

My place of peace is 3/4 miles away from historic downtown Franklin. It’s in a quiet neighborhood, perfect for anyone wanting to be close to what Franklin and Nashville have to offer. It’s the perfect home to come back to after a long day of being out and about, or just a place to stay in and watch some Netflix and relax. The space My space is your space! I just have a few things to note. I do not allow pets but I do have a dog of my own who lives in my home. The space is extremely clean and does not show signs of a dog, but if you have a severe allergy to dogs please know that one lives here when I’m not renting the space. This is my permanent residence, so the dresser and closets do have my personal things in them. Please keep them the way I left them :) Please wash all pots, pans and knives by hand. They cannot go in the dishwasher. I hope you feel comfortable and at home! Guest access The entire house is yours. Please also utilize my back patio if you’re wanting a relaxing place to sit and drink your coffee in the morning, or enjoy a peaceful evening with the tiki torches. If using the tiki torches, please make sure all are out before leaving the porch. Other things to note MAKE YOURSELF AT HOME :) There is coffee in the canister labeled ‘coffee’ . Coffee filters and mugs are in the cabinet above, as well as extra coffee if needed. There are extra paper towels and toilet paper in the hall closet if needed. There is a fire extinguisher under the kitchen sink if needed! The shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the bathroom is all yours. If you’re wanting to get in some exercise while you’re on your trip, I am a certified fitness trainer and offer discounted personal training for guests. I will come to the home or close outdoor location. Please contact me if you would like more information. Upon leaving, please : *Place all dishes in the dishwasher. Please DO NOT put pots, pans or knives in the dishwasher. They need to be washed by hand. Dishwasher detergent is under the sink! * Remove all sheets and pillowcases from used beds and place on beds. *Place all used towels in the washer located in the music/gym, with the washing lid open so the cleaning crew knows they need washed. * Place all trash in the trash bin located on the driveway side of the house.
