We are inspected & licensed by the City of Belleville. As you approach the beautiful historic home from the brick sidewalk, you are greeted by a large covered front patio with ample seating. We have a porch swing, bench, and a bistro set for enjoying your morning coffee! Main floor hosts a foyer, sitting room, living room, kitchen, laundry room, and half bathroom. The living room has exposed brick, Roku TV (for guests to use their own streaming services), and basket of games. The sitting room includes an electric fireplace, Belleville history books, and local tour guides. The eat in kitchen also has exposed brick and is stocked with cookware, cutlery, and dishes. There is an “old school” radio with Bluetooth in the kitchen as well. The laundry room and half bath are conveniently located off the kitchen. Two spacious bedrooms upstairs, each with a comfy queen sized bed, Roku TV (for guests to use their own streaming services), closet, and extra blankets. The front bedroom has a desk and chair, for working or getting ready. The full bathroom upstairs is conveniently located next to the bedrooms. This full bathroom features a claw foot tub/shower, pedestal sink, toilet, and lots of natural light! If more than 4 guests will be staying, there is an air mattress provided for the other two guests, stored in the laundry room. Sheets, blankets, and pillows provided. This can be easily set up in the sitting room or living room. Enjoy an evening glass of wine in the large private back yard, accessible off the kitchen. The back yard is complete with solar powered string lights, deck with outdoor dining table, fire pit, bbq charcoal grill, and two brick patios. BBQ charcoal, lighter fluid, lighter, and fire pit starter bricks provided. There is a max capacity of 6 guests permitted to stay at the property - per city occupancy/code requirements for this Airbnb. No parties or gatherings permitted unless prior approval is given by host. If pets are included in the reservation, there is a 2 dog limit. There are two parking spaces in the back off the alley and two additional spaces (street parking) in front of the house. All parking is free. Please do not park in front of the neighbor’s homes/ block their parking- as they have limited parking. Additional parking is available across the street from the house, against the red and white fence, if needed. We offer contactless keypad entry. The host is available for any questions or needs via text. Host is local if anything is physically needed at the property. The Jackson House is located in the beautiful Historic District in Downtown Belleville. Sidewalk access for walking to the Downtown shopping & dining district! A few minutes north of Hwy 15, for easy access to 255 or 64 for traveling. Hwy 159 also leads into Fairview Heights and O’Fallon - for additional entertainment and amenities. 25 minutes to Downtown St Louis, 15 minutes to Scott Air Force Base.
