When you enter the house you can't help but take a deep breath to let yourself be embraced in its wide and refreshing spaces. The space Casa Roma is a single-story construction, ideal for older adults, children or people with mobility limitations. Upon entering you will find its large living room that gives access to a terrace with two sunchairs. A guest bathroom next to its spacious and fully equipped kitchen, a breakfast bar and a dining room for eight people. The first room has two twin beds, the second has a king size bed and a twin bed, private bathroom and closet. And the third bedroom, the main one, has a king size bed, dressing room and private bathroom. All rooms have a TV and all interior spaces have air conditioners and ceiling fans. Outside you will find a half bathroom, an outdoor kitchen with a barbecue, an outdoor dining room, a pool (unheated nor jets), a full bathroom, a laundry room and a garage with up to three parking spaces. Guest access You will access the keys through a lockbox, the code will be shared with you 24 hours before your arrival. You have access to the house with total privacy. Other things to note There are security cameras outside the house, in the garage and garden. Use the pool at your own risk. The hot water, as it runs through the pipes, comes out after a few seconds or a minute of waiting. There's a catholic church near to the place, there are frequent masses and classes. Electricity, Water, Internet, Bottled Water are included in the fee. Mérida has a tropical climate (hot and humid) so insects are part of everyday life, even so, we have left extra amenities to make your stay more pleasant.
