A furnished chalet (15 m2) will welcome you with its simple, noble and clean comfort in a pleasant flowery garden. The bathroom is right in the small cottage next door. Paid massages available. Balacet is a starting point for hikes. It is accessible by car year-round. 15 minutes from Castillon (shops) and 30 minutes from Saint Girons. The space The cottage is equipped with a kitchen, fridge and electric heating. The cottage is very well insulated from a thermal point of view. The bathroom is just 10 m away in another small wooden chalet. (See photo with 2 cottages). Please note, the bathroom is not heated in winter. However, there is hot water in the shower and sink. The chalet is located in the upper part of the village itself, in a large landscaped garden of 1000 m2. IMPORTANT NOTES: - For people accustomed to the comforts of the city, who have a high level of demand and who seek to be satisfied in all material details, this chalet offers you a rustic mountain place, functional, clean, sober, carefully furnished, but in the simplicity where you will find the necessary for your stay and a warm welcome. - It is necessary to use organic products in the bathroom in order to preserve the balance of the purification system by plants (phyto-purification). - Linens and towels are provided only for stays of 3 days or more.
