Three-room apartment of about 70 square meters, located on the second floor, south-east exposure, consisting of a living room - kitchen in which there is a double sofa bed (2 beds), a bedroom furnished with a double bed, a bedroom furnished with a bunk bed, a bathroom with natural ventilation equipped with sink, toilet, bidet and shower and a large balcony accessible from the living room - kitchen and from the double bedroom. The space Our house has changed its look, it has been transformed! Our family, strengthened by the enthusiasm and emotions experienced in recent years, has decided to invest by renovating the house in an eco-sustainable way, preferring the use of natural materials, using renewable energy, insulating the entire building by preventing any heat dispersion in order to guarantee high living standards and at the same time reduce the impact on the environment and contain energy waste. Our house is located in the heart of the Gran Paradiso National Park as an ideal stopover for summer and winter stays dedicated to sports and relaxation. In order to allow our guests to get to know and therefore further appreciate the natural and cultural beauties of the Cogne Valley, officially recognized since 2010 as "Alpine Pearls", our house is also equipped with a charging station for electric cars and e-bikes. For the latter, we have entered into an agreement with a rental company in Cogne. The apartment is equipped with an LCD TV with digital terrestrial decoder, free Wi-Fi, washing machine, dishwasher, vacuum cleaner, microwave, induction stove, kitchen equipment, dishes and cutlery, blankets and pillows. In the basement of our house, there is a heated and air-recirculated storage room where our winter guests can put their ski and mountaineering equipment to dry. In the garden, there is a lockable storage room for our guests' bikes. Behind the building there is a comfortable private parking area. Other things to note Given the COVID19 health emergency, we've made several changes to help prevent the spread. All floors of the common stairwell are equipped with dispensers containing disinfectant gel. Signs have always been displayed in the common areas indicating the behavior to be followed in the common areas such as correct respiratory hygiene, hand washing and social distancing measures. Both the common areas and the individual apartments are cleaned with disinfectant products, such as bleach in higher concentrations than normal conditions, 70% alcohol and water-soluble active chlorine.
