There are atv trails in Sproul State Forest which is only a 15 minute ride. Also Alvin E Bush dam on Kettle Creek is only 15 minutes as well. This is a perfect location for someone looking for a quite relaxing vacation in the' PA Wilds. There are Bear, Deer, Coyote, & other wild animals wandering around the grounds Water is supplied by a Well & Sewage is a septic system.We do not have a purification system on it so we recommend not drinking the water(We use it for bathing,washing & cleaning). NOT AVAILABLE IN WINTER MONTHS. ANY SNOW MAKES ROAD IMPOSSIBLE.
