My lovely home is situated, on the edge of Nanstallon and Bodmin so just a stone's throw from The Camel Trail and Bodmin Town Centre. Bodmin is also right in the middle of the county, so offers easy access to all of Cornwall's towns, beaches and activities. My house is a new build so has everything you would expect from a new build home. My home has 3 bathrooms and you will have sole use of the one on the top floor alongside your room. The space House is situated on a cul-de-sac, off a dead end, so is very quiet. There is fibre to the property broadband available anywhere in the house. The Bedroom you will have is on the top floor and is the only bedroom in use on this floor. The bed has a very comfy but firm mattress, and within the room, there is a desk if you need to work from the house. I am away a lot for work, so often you will have the whole house to yourself Guest access You are welcome to use any of the downstairs living space (living room, kitchen/diner) and the garden. Also there is a driveway if you have a car.
