Modern family apartment located on the 10th floor, with a balcony in the living room that has a panoramic and beautiful view of the ocean, as well as 3 bedrooms, an extra bed and a sofa bed. Equipped kitchen; Wifi; in the living room there is a 65" TV with access to Netflix and cable, and another 50" TV. Wifi area, cinema, grill, swimming pools, gym, terrace, billiards, minimarket, children's area, laundry. Some areas require a reservation. We are 15 minutes from Jorge Chavez Airport and 10 minutes from the Mall. Other things to note A $200 security deposit per stay will be charged for any damage caused to the property.
