The space The studio is located in a building with an elevator. It has one bedroom with a double bed, a living room with a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchenette, and a full bathroom with a shower. It can accommodate up to 3 people and is perfect for couples. It also includes air conditioning, heating, Wi-Fi, linens, and towels. During your stay, you have access to the entire apartment and can enjoy the whole space. You can use the kitchen to prepare your favorite meals. The kitchen is fully equipped. The apartment is provided with all the necessary linens and towels. In the bathroom, you'll find small bottles of hand soap, shampoo, and shower gel for your first day. You don't need to pack all of this in your suitcase. If, for any reason, I am unable to do so, I will offer you the option of a self check-in. In any case, I will visit you in the flat once you have checked in. Free check-in takes place from 16:00h to 18:00h. Check-in after 18:00h and until 21:00h will have an additional charge of 20€ to be paid by the guest at the time of key handover. Check-in after 21:00h and until 23:00h will have an additional charge of 30€ to be paid by the guest at the time of key handover. We have the option of self check-in during these hours and it is free of charge. For self check-in we have the option to pick up the keys at a nearby establishment located 10 minutes away. The check-in timetable is until 23h at night, as indicated in the house rules. If due to circumstances beyond our control (flight delays, etc.) you arrive after 23h, I can offer you the option of someone to receive you in person (there is no possibility of self check-in and the check-in must be in person) and in this case, you will have to pay 35€ at the time of key handover. From 01h to 02h, 50 euros. After 02h it is NOT possible to stay in the flat. We offer early check-in and late check-out free of charge, subject to availability in the flat. Check-in until 23:00h is guaranteed, and availability after that time can be checked. The guest will be responsible for the cost of the locksmith service in case of lost or forgotten keys inside the flat (150€ to be paid to the locksmith before opening the flat). Please note that for LAST MINUTE bookings it cannot be offered to be ready for the scheduled check-in time. Noisy parties and gatherings are strictly forbidden. It is not permitted to accommodate more people than indicated in the booking. Turn off the lights and air conditioning before leaving the flat. The rental of this property requires the signing of a temporary rental contract, being obliged to present an identity document (identity card or passport) for the completion of the relevant formalities. Failure to comply with this obligation will entitle us to cancel the reservation without any compensation for the client. In the event that you forget any belongings in the accommodation, it is your responsibility to take care of them. Although we undertake to keep the property for a limited period of time, you must send someone on your behalf to collect it. It is important that you notify us of the lost property and inform you that it will be collected from a different location than the accommodation.
