Green Mango is a charmingly renovated duplex. This adorable space boasts cleanliness, newly polished terrazzo floors, impact-resistant (safety) windows, and blackout blinds, ensuring a tranquil night's sleep. The modern minimalistic styled townhouse is conveniently located only 3.8 miles to the beach, 73 miles to Disney World, and 13 miles to the USAA Space Coast Athletic Complex. Free laundry between units. The space This is a duplex with a garage in the middle with common area washer and dryer. Both have access to outside patio under lush mango tree. There is a table and chairs. House is setup with 2 bedrooms each with queen beds. No dishwasher, no dining table, and no tv’s in bedrooms. Clean clean clean, with freshly polished terrazzo floors. Airbnb cleaning protocol followed with all surfaces including remotes, handles and knobs cleaned and sanitized. Although the duplex has new impact double pane windows you may hear trains passing thru occasionally. If you’ve never used a smart lock before or unaware of it locking behind you, please let me know before hand. Other things to note There’s one smart TV with Netflix HBO YouTube Pluto tubi etc. you may have to put your own code in but usually it is active. There’s no dishwasher but there is a blender, toaster, plenty of pots and pans baking sheet, electric griddle, etc.
