Located in a quiet neighborhood, it is close to Spain, bike paths, golf, forest, beaches, lakes, surf spots, markets... In short, it is waiting for you!!! The space The apartment of about 40 m2 is adjacent to our home. It has a separate entrance. It has a large garden with a dining terrace, as well as its deckchairs, not overlooked!In summer, we install an above-ground swimming pool 5.49 cm/1.32 m high, available unless there are technical problems such as water that changes color as a result of high outdoor temperatures... Guest access In July-August, the rental can be done from Sunday to Sunday, because the traffic on the roads is more fluid on that day! Other things to note The apartment is suitable for families, single person or couple, not for groups!
