Cittadella Modern Studio is a bright 35 square metre studio apartment on the third floor of an elegant building with lift, which can comfortably accommodate up to 2 people. The flat is located in a strategic position in the historical centre, convenient for reaching the city's best-known points of interest. The neighbourhood is well frequented and served by public transport. The exceptional location and the comfort of the house will make your stay in Verona a unique experience. The space The flat is a very comfortable studio in the city centre, but is not in the ZTL and is very bright thanks to the large windows. The living area has a kitchen with induction hobs, but no oven. The sleeping area has a double bed and is separated from the living area by a large bookcase with a modern style. The bathroom is spacious and equipped with a bidet and shower. Pet friendly: Bring your four-legged friend with you! Guest access The flat is for the exclusive use of the guests. Other things to note All guests' identity documents must be shown on arrival as required by Italian law. The tourist tax is not included in the price: €3.50 per person per day for the first 4 days. Children up to 14 years old are exempt. A reduced rate of €2.80 applies to guests under 26 and over 70. Please note that check-in times should always be arranged directly with our team.
