Iron Shoe - large bedroom near Cass and Snowshoe

This is a huge bedroom on a first floor. Super comfortable king size bed with 12 inch mattress - all you need for a great night of sleep after a day on a slopes, hike, biking or kayaking. Multiple work stations around property - if you need to catch up with the outside world. The floor in this bedroom may have some character, you'll need to love it's gentle squeaks. Bathroom is shared, and it's on a same floor. The space This is Pre-Civil War, approximately 1860 built farmhouse. I recently bought it as a way to recover mentally and physically from hardships of the pandemic and stresses I put on myself working too much. House has tons of character. It's well maintained. Tons of improvement already made. Huge yard with places to think about life. The space - is a reflection of my love to the comfort and antique. You'll find a lot of things like lamps, made of vintage meat grinders, coat hangers, made of repurposed railroad beams as well as Berky filter, dishwasher etc. I have compost bins. 30 mins to Snowshoe, 20 mins to Cass railroad, 7 mins to Green Bank Observatory. Greenbrier River trail is only 4 miles away. This is quiet zone! No cell service, no microwave (by choice), but there is WiFi. If you're kayaking or biking in the area - let me know - I'll take any opportunity to paddle or cycle down the Greenbrier river trail - I have inflatable kayak and paddle board! There is a garage to store your toys overnight, just give me heads up!
