Cornish Surf House. Ideal Location to Explore.

Relax in the Cornish Surf House which boasts views of the beautiful Cornish sunrise from the top bedroom window, also ideally situated within a 10 minute walk to the train and bus station, and a 5 minute walk into the heart of the town. Interaction with guests can be via messages or telephone. I am happy to interact with guests. Please read all the details about the house before you book to ensure it’s suitable for your requirements. The space The house is fully equipped with bedding and towels. The living space is open plan, the kitchen area has an oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer . The living space has 2 x sofas, TV (complete with Amazon fire stick) and a coffee table, there is also a dining table situated at the back of the room. The master bedroom (situated at the top of the house) has an en-suite toilet with hand basin, double bed, chest of drawers and hanging space for clothes. There are sea views from this bedroom too. The second bedroom is located on the first floor, this is a light airy room with 2 single beds, wardrobe and chest of drawers. The bathroom has a bath (with shower overhead), sink and toilet. As previously mentioned the house is located within a 10 minute walk of the bus/train station and 5 minutes from town Parking is on a FIRST COME FIRST SERVED BASIS as its street parking, however there is always plenty of spaces. If preferred there is a car park located within a 5 minute walk of the house. Guest access There is a small back garden for guests to use where there is also a washing line. To the front of the property there are rattan chairs. Other things to note I recommend bringing small suitcases/bags as the first stairway is narrow. Any questions please feel free to contact me. Lost key charge of £50. I recommend putting it in the lockbox upon leaving the house. My home is ONLY AVAILABLE for 4 guests THIS INCLUDES INFANTS UNDER 2 My home is STRICTLY NO SMOKING/VAPING. ANY detection of smoking/vaping will result in an additional fee of £200. This INCLUDES disposal of cigarette/vapes in bins.
