Inside, you'll find spacious living areas, beautiful decor, high ceilings, and plenty of windows to let in that wonderful Outer Banks sunshine. Comfortable furnishings provide a restful place to relax while you enjoy a meal whipped up in the spacious kitchen or perhaps catch a show on one of seven TV's three VCRs or three DVD players or listen to some beach tunes on the stereo/CD player. The spacious, entry-level game room with a foosball table, pool access, and mini kitchen with a fridge and microwave is a great place to relax and is sure to be a favorite gathering spot. If outside entertainment is more your speed, take in a beautiful sunrise or sunset from one of the many expansive, furnished decks. End the day with a refreshing beverage from the tiki bar. Many other extras are available to make your vacation extra convenient and enjoyable. High-speed WiFi is available for your laptop, and a foosball table will provide plenty of entertainment for both young and old. Things to Know The private pool is open seasonally from  4/26/2025 and closes 10/12/2025. Dates are subject to change. This property is managed by Vacasa North Carolina, LLC. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. 2 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD 60 per day must be paid prior to check-in. Guests can contact Vacasa after booking to purchase pool heat for your stay. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
