I also use airbnb when I travel because I like a home setting. I also feel safer than staying at a hotel. That said I understand how important it is to have privacy and your own space. Rest assured the interaction between host and guests is minimal. However, the host is available readily. You'll feel safe and at home! The property is located in a quiet cul de sac close to the biggest shopping center in town. There is also a very nice manicured park,a 24 hour gym, gas and groceries, within a 15 minute walk or a 3 minute drive. As a guest, you are allowed to use all the amenities listed as well as the backyard. I will be available when needed, however, my goal is to ensure you feel at home, have your space and have a relaxing stay. We are very close to all major shops. Nice park within walking distance. Restaurants,bars, gas, retail, banks within a 3 minute drive!! There is potential of sharing the bathroom with one more guest. Rest assured it will be kept clean.
