Beautiful comfortable apartment

The apartments are a great choice for spending amazing days in Barra da Lagoa Living room integrated into a kitchen with all necessary utensils. Bedroom with double bed and bunk bed. - Return the apartment in the same clean condition as received at check-in. I don't charge a cleaning fee in order to offer good value for money. If I find misuse at check-out, it will be registered with photo/video and a cleaning fee will be charged. - Visits from friends and/or family are not allowed. Don't insist! The space - Did you use and enjoy the space and amenities the property offers? So please return the apartment in the same clean condition you received it at check-in. At check-in you will find the apartment completely cleaned and checked. I do not charge a cleaning fee (where most charge an average of at least 150.00 - 180.00) to always offer good value for money to the guest. But if at check-out the apartment is in a state of misuse, it will be recorded in photos and videos for the site team and a fine will be charged for the cleaning and/or repair fee for your disregard of the rules. - Visits from friends for socializing/lunch/dinner/barbecue are not allowed. - NO overnight stays by people other than registered guests. The access to the apartment is unique and exclusive only for those who are in the reservation. Failure to comply with the rules will be reported to the site, immediately reflected in your rating to alert other hosts to your disrespect for the rules, and a fine will be applied with the extra fee due. - The listing specifies that the apartment can accommodate up to 4 people. This does not mean that you can make a reservation by paying for only 2 guests and show up here with 3 or 4 people. The price for up to 2 people is fixed, and after the 2nd guest, there is an extra additional fee per bed occupancy for the 3rd and/or 4th additional guest. This is very clear even in the application's own reservation mechanism here on AirBnB, where you must enter the correct number of guests who will be in the stay! If you yourself make a simulation for 2 guests, and then make another simulation for 3 or 4 guests, you will see that the system automatically increases the value, thus charging extra for those extra guests. - Silence after 10 p.m. and the neighboring apartments must be respected. We have an excellent relationship with the other residents and neighbors and we always intend to keep it that way. For this, common sense is good and everyone likes it. If the rule is broken, the guest will be fined by the condominium! - Women (mainly and in the vast majority of cases). The face towel and all the linen provided by me is white, and it is not the ideal place to remove your makeup and eyeliner. Common sense, please. The clothes are rented and washed in an Industrial Laundry, and not even the strong products they use are often able to remove such stains, causing the loss of the item. If you leave the towel like this, I will immediately register it in a photo on the site and you will bear the cost of a new piece to compensate me for this loss. - The apartment is already furnished with bed and bath linens for the stay. NO change of bed linen or bath towels is offered during the stay! - Extra items can be ordered in advance, but there will be a cost for each item that the laundry charges. If you are interested, you will pay for the extra piece in advance and I will request it from them, and then deliver it to you.
