Also, nearby trolly stops and romantic horse drawn carriages are all great ways to explore. Park now has pickleball & b-ball courts. The space This 100+ year old house is listed on the National Historic Registry so it is OLD, super cute, and cozy!! Please note there are steps to the 1st level entry!! The host lives in the multi-family house in a separate apartment/ entry and always available to answer questions and help make your stay amazing!! Guest access This old house has steps to the porch/ entry. Electronic keypad so no lost keys! A parking spot is available in the driveway for your stay. Other things to note This neighborhood is classified as "historical." My immediate area is the most beautiful of the Lincolnville neighborhood. A three-block long lake is one block away and inhabited by large water birds, which runs into a natural marsh then into the Intracoastal Waterway. The beach itself is a 5-minute drive across the Lion's drawbridge to Anastasia Island or go through old town to Vilano Beach.
