The apartment is located on the THIRD FLOOR BY STAIRCASE, and is very quiet at all hours of the day, thus providing a good rest. Its orientation is to the rear, and the windows of both the bedroom and the kitchen face the courtyard. The building has no common areas. It has a full kitchen with a refrigerator, freezer, and microwave. It has dishes and utensils for a comfortable stay, a coffee maker, toaster, and electric kettle independent laundry room with washing machine, clothesline and iron. It includes linens (sheets and towels), a hairdryer, shampoo, conditioner, and toilet soap. The main room has a table with four chairs, a 52-inch smart TV in the living room, high-speed Wi-Fi ideal for home office, plus a comfortable sofa. The bedroom has a double bed, a closet, a work desk, and a full bathroom with a hydromassage tub. Both rooms have air conditioning, the one located in the bedroom is cold/heat.
