The HOUSE is located in a busy street with a nice neighborhood remodeled most of the house by yours truly (The Host&Co-host) for couple of months to finished make it beautiful and relaxing for our guests to enjoy and for us too. Less than 5 minutes drive from I-75, it has 3 bedrooms and 2 bath and a driveway to park also a pool deck with a good size screened pool and tiki bar you can enjoy. ATTENTION: Children from 2year old who cannot swim completely are not allowed to enter the pool. Must have life jacket, safety swimming suits and under supervision of a person. ATTENTION: The pool is 6ft at the deepest point at the middle of the pool. Only people who can swim are allowed in this area. The Owner/The Host of the house assumes no liability for the pool, pool area, the house and its surroundings. The POOL and the TUB with waterfalls has a pump system connected to each other. It is heated at 87 temperature and timer settings is running from 8am-9pm everyday. The Tub cannot be heated separately. We can not guarantee the temperature it may affect with the influence of so much rain and cold weather.
