Importantly, this neighborhood is very safe and secure, with a security guard patrolling. Street parking available. The space The spacious room is on the bottom floor. The private entrance is through the back of the house. It’s the largest room in the house. Guest access You’ll have the room all to your self, the backyard (unless maintenance people come) and there’s over 10 spots to park along the street.
