Nice and quiet and very secure, no road noise comfortably decorated private entrance washer and dryer guest house is separated from main house for privacy, beautiful country setting and only minutes from I-40 and Turnpike. Feels like a B&B with out the expense. Enclosed yard so 1 small pet is welcome with a flat fee of $20. We do have Wi-Fi but because of living in the remote area that we do,sometimes it is not available.So if it is a must we might be the place for you . Many Restaurants , gas station and markets close by Everything you should need is offered in the guest house .
