No parties or events. 5. No unregistered guests or visitors allowed. The maximum property capacity is 4 people. 6. Quiet time after 11 p.m. 7. No eating or drinking in bedrooms. Please enjoy your meal in the dining room. 8. Dispose of the garbage in the trash bin. 9. Kindly all deliveries and visitors are to be personally picked by the guest and visitors too escorted to the gate by the guest. 10. Keep a close eye on your kids while being on the balcony. 11. No pets allowed. 12. Make sure to turn off the lights, air conditioning, and any electronics when you leave the house. Don’t forget to close the windows and lock the door. 13.
