Country House Close To The Beach & DE Turf II

The space Our farm is located approximately 20 minutes north of Lewes, Rehoboth, & Dewey Beaches in coastal Delaware. We also about 10 miles from DE Turf. Our farm consists of over 50 acres of field and woods with beautiful views of Cedar Creek. Over 40 acres of the farm is planted in wild grasses to attract birds, deer, foxes, turkeys, and dozens of other animals! It’s the perfect spot for bird watching. We offer a relaxing get away from the nearby cities, while still being close to the action at the beach! We are 16 miles from the Cape May Lewes Ferry, connecting Cape May, New Jersey to Lewes, Delaware. We are also 30 minutes from Dover Downs Casino & Racetrack and Dover International Speedway. We are located on Rt. 1, which is a straight shot to all of the beaches or spend lazy afternoons and evenings walking around the farm or lounging by our fish pond and fountain! We have two upstairs bedrooms: one double and one queen. This listing is for the DOUBLE BEDROOM, which is the smaller of the two bedrooms. There is a shared bathroom with bath/shower. (see pictures) We have WiFi access in both rooms and throughout house. There are TVs in both our family room and sunroom for use by everyone. We have a great sunroom with a fireplace that's perfect for relaxing and reading a book. __________________________ For more than 2 guests, please book our queen room separately. Guest access Guests are welcome to use any areas in our downstairs. We have televisions in both our family room and sunroom. We just ask that our guests please be respectful of others staying on the premises and be mindful of the volume of the television. We also have a bathroom with shower downstairs that guests are welcome to use. During your stay We love meeting our guests and interacting with them whenever they would like!
