Cottage Kocourov. Entire without owners!

The cottage for a pleasant stay in the village of Kocourov is located on the border of the Highlands and the Iron Mountains. Around the house is an unfenced garden with seating and a fireplace. The whole building is non-smoking, suitable for a family or a couple who want to enjoy solitude and privacy. The settlement is surrounded by ponds, meadows, forests and extensive roads suitable for cycling. The heat in the cottage is provided by an air-to-air heat pump and radiators on an electric boiler. It is also possible to heat with a fireplace. The space The cottage is, of course, offered as a whole without the owners! Guest access Upon arrival, a deposit for possible damages is collected together with the city tax (person/day). The amount will be refunded upon departure. This deposit is refundable in cash in full and is subject to inspection for any damage to the accommodation. Other things to note In the cottage (for outdoor use) there is also a "Grill Machine" that grills, roasts, smokes, also lights, honks :-) We also have a workshop for creating decorations that the guest can take home.
