The space The first floor features 2 King Master Bedrooms, Kitchen, Dining area, Living Room with TV, Workspace and GameRoom. The second floor features the Theatre, Living Room with TV & Playstation 4, 2 King Bedrooms that have connecting Jack & Jill Bathrooms to 2 Twin Bedrooms, 2 additional King Bedrooms, Hall Bath & Laundry. Outside in the Screened Lanai is your private pool and hot tub, tables and chairs and loungers. A grill is also available for an additional fee. (Please note: Pool heat is required for hot tub for an additional fee) Guest access Guests have access to the whole house except locked closets used for storage. Other things to note Starter supplies are provided and are not replenished. Additional supplies needed must be purchased by guest. For example, trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, hand soap, dish detergent, dishwasher pods. If you’re looking to keep family together, please inquire about our villa next door which also sleeps 16. Pool/hot tub heat can be added for an additional fee of $50 per night and applies to each night of your stay. Also, we have a propane grill available for an additional fee that includes use for the duration of your stay, the first propane tank and cleaning.
