Amazing scenery in the Hills, the River Walk, The Alamo&Missions, Theme parks, Tubing, Hiking, Riding, etc. etc, it is all nearby! It contains bright colors and has a small kitchenette with microwave, toaster, coffeemaker, water boiler, copperchef induction plate with a copperchef pan to prepare meals in (No oven!) and a mini fridge with small separate freezing compartment, plates, cups, glasses, utensils, salt&pepper. Please note: We do NOT provide cooking oil! The private bathroom is in the back part of the cabin and comes with towels, soap and toilet paper. We also provide bedding for the Queen bed. The cabin has its own porch with 2 chairs. The priviate picknick table and bbq pit are situated right next to the porch. Parking is free and is also next to the cabin. As a back to basics accommodation we do not offer tv nor wifi. We encourage our guests to enjoy the outdoors, relax&unwind. Guest access All area's in the cabin are only accessible for guests who booked this cabin. There is also a common fire place for our guests to enjoy. Please bring your own fire wood and lighter fluid. Other things to note - Check-in only between 3 and 7PM! - Quiet time between 9PM and 10AM! - Upon your first arrival we open the gate for you and great you personally, show you to your cabin, hand you the cabin key. - Please note that there are a few steps to the front door. - This is a back to basics cabin. TV&Wifi is not available. If you do need internet we suggest bringing a mobile hotspot. - There are pets on the owners part of the property. Do not feed any of the animals! - Keep all gates closed! - NO PARTIES/EVENTS ALLOWED!!! - NO UNREGISTERED GUEST(S) ALLOWED ON THE PROPERTY OR IN THE CABIN!!! IF WE NOTICE ANY UNREGISTRED GUEST(S) ON THE PROPERTY OR IN THE CABIN THIS/THESE GUEST(S) WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE IMMEDIATELY!!! THE PROPERTY/CABIN IS ONLY AVAILABLE FOR THE NUMBER OF GUESTS MENTIONED IN THE ORIGINAL RESERVATION!!! - NO smoking in the cabin or on the cabin porch. Smoking is allowed at the picnic table and at the common campfire area if other guests do not object. - Do not flush any other substances then the provided toilet paper through the toilet! Our septic system is very hard to maintain! Please throw used sanitary pads and tampons in the trash bag, NOT in the toilet!!! - Do not drain any grease in the kitchen sink, toilet or vanity. Please take all grease out of the pan with a paper towel and put it in the trash bag. - We provide a copperchef cook top with a copperchef cook pan, salt, pepper and utensils but NO cooking oil!!! We also suggest to bring enough bottled water for drinking. We are on a well system and although the water is safe we suggest using bottled water for cooking and drinking! - Dogs welcome ONLY after consulting host (2 dogs maximum!). All dogs need to be on a leash at all times. Please only let dogs relieve on owners side of the property and while being on leash. Please scoop/ clean up after your pet uses the potty outdoors. Nobody likes stepping in that! You are responsible for any damage caused to the property by your pet or any member of your party. In case you leave the cabin without your dog(s), the dog(s) will need to be crated!! - No responsibilty for any accidents!!! - No shooting/No hunting and No cleaning of any hunted game!!! Hunters please clean all hunted game at your hunting lease!!! - No Fireworks!!! - Iron available upon request. - Please bring a flashlight if you would like to go to the camp fire area at night. It is very dark on the ranch at night. Please note that a campfire may be prohibited if a burn barn is in effect!!! - Always remember you are on a Texas ranch so please be aware of the sometimes poisonous Texas wildlife&plants! - Do not leave any trash outside! Raccoons, critters and/or coyotes will get into the trash. Please put the trash in a closed bag inside the trash deposit near our gate. There is an extra trash bag in one of the drawers. If you need a new trash bag please text us. - At check-out all dishes, pot, pans and utensils need to be washed and stored properly where you found them. Please leave beds unmade. - Please place the dirty towels on the bathroom floor upon check-out.
